Al, I want to report to you that my forearm and hand were remarkably improved when I pitched my inning last Sunday in Fort Myers. The pain and tightness were virtually gone. The velocity and freedom of movement was unlike anything I've experienced since retiring 13 years ago. Although it wasn't 100%, I can see where a few more treatments would result in my arm being as good as one can expect for a 48 year-old guy.
